I find it very sad that our country is headed in such a grim direction. Our lives have become so fast paced we think it is better for a food to do the same and that there is “just no time in the day to exercise.” We all, myself included, need to reevaluate our priorities.
An aim for every person should be to exercise
30 MINUTES, 3 TIMES PER WEEK.
For those suffering from PATM and everyone who wants to boost their health…. after exercising if you can find an affordable gym with a sauna… USE IT for 10 Minutes Post-Workout! Those with PATM will notice a reduction in overall reactions. Those without will feel refreshed and less sore from working out.
Remember to use caution and not get TOO hot. Dr. Harvey Simon, editor-in-chief of Harvard Men’s Health Watch states, “Patients with poorly controlled blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, unstable angina, and advanced heart failure or heart valve disease will probably be advised to stay cool.”
